Choosing your Yeast Product

| We now stock White
Labs Liquid Yeast exclusively. We will still carry a few of the more popular
Wyeast strains and will be glad to order any one for you. White Labs gives you the best
yeast and much more of it. It is also typically only 5-9 DAYS old. The best
fermentation is made with lots of fresh yeast. |
| We order every Monday. This means if you need a particular
strain that, we may be out of, just let us know by Monday. We will have it on Friday. It is just that
easy. If you haven't tried the White Labs strains yet, you owe it to you and
your beer to do so! |
| One of the most common questions we encounter is: "Which
yeast should I use for my ..................?" Making the right choice can
be critical. Keep in mind, however, that a lot of factors (choice of malt &
hops, water type, fermentation temperatures, etc.) can effect the beer's
flavor-- yeast is only one part of the picture--although we think it's a CRUCIAL
part. |
